Meet Dr. Susan I. Susang!

Since 1988, Dr. Susan I. Susang, DMD, has been providing high-quality dental care based around her philosophy that dental care doesn't need to be scary or intimidating. It can be gentle, personal, and even relaxing.

Doctor Susang graduated from Norwin High School as valedictorian. She has deep ties to the Westmoreland County community.

• Dr. Susang holds a Speech Pathology and Audiology degree from Indiana University of PA.
• She received her DMD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1987.
• Following Dental School, Dr. Susang completed a General Dental Practice Residency at New England Medical Center/Tufts University with training in general dental care, emergency room care, special needs patients (home and institutionalized patients), IV sedation, and operating room dentistry
• Doctor Susang returned to Westmoreland County to start her practice in 1988 and also worked at the Westmoreland Hospital Dental Clinic from 1989-1999.
• She has been a Member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1987.
